Next select "iTunes Store"
Next Select "Purchases, Billing & Redemption" and click "Next"
Select iTunes Store Account Billing
Fill out the information at the bottom of the screen
Step 3 Fill out the form on the right side of the screen explaining the issue
and that you'd like a refund.
