Backing up and Restoring.
You can backup your device data and restore on the same device, or a new device.
Important: you must follow Apple's update steps accurately, or you may
potentially lose all of your progress in your game.
Start by confirming iTunes on your MAC or PC is authorized to transfer files
from your device to your iTunes account. You will need to use the Apple ID
you used to download your game when performing the backup. The following guide
contains the official steps to authorize your MAC or PC to transfer purchases
from your device.
If you have confirmed you are using the proper Apple ID, the following link
contains the official steps to create a backup file, and to restore your game
data on your updated device using iTunes.
After you complete these steps successfully, your previous progress in the game
should be preserved.
If you have any issues creating a backup file, or restoring your data, please
contact apple support for further assistance.
If your device is Game-Center compatible (for a list of compatible devices please
visit http://www.apple.com/game-center/), then the game may have been saved if
you were logged into Game Center, then played the game. If this is the case, on your
new device please ensure Smurfs' Village is closed (from the multitask bar as well),
log into your Game Center account from within the Game Center application, then open
Transferring your Smurfs Village
In order to transfer the village, you need to make sure that you have on the new device the exact same Game Center login as the old device. You can then load the game and allow the intro to play, after the intro has played you will be able to have the option "Choose Village"
However if the above does not work, please make sure that you try re-logging the Game Center and then try and load into the intro and game again. If you still have issues, please head to the old device, when loading the game please make sure the Game Center Popup shows, with this then need to play at least 10 to 30 mins for a new save to happen, you can then head to the new device and try again.
Please make sure not to delete the game at all from the old device until the game is fully transferred without issues.
If you continue to have issues, please send your Support ID for the old device and new device, this is located in the Main Menu "in game bottom left corner icon" tap the help menu, you can create new ticket with the "Create New Ticket link below.
The smurfs game can normally be transferred with the Google Cloud. Please make sure to not delete the game from the old device at all! this is very important.
On the old device head to the game and options menu here open "Cloud Save" login there and save the game, after doing this head to the other device, make sure that you are logged into with the exact same Google Play Account, open the game and again go to "Cloud Save" here login again and try to load the game.
The process is normally left down to the players as it's quite hard to support this issue other than the steps above, however please do let us know if you have any issues.
