With the item reimbursement, we are only able to assist if the customer provides us with a clear documentation of the purchase, this documentation must be a receipt from either the Apple Store or Google store depending on the customers device.
At this current moment, we will be reimbursing items that have a proof date of 20/10/2016 onwards, However. We are able to review purchases of higher priced items / currency in order to assist with those who are behind the date stated.
We retain the right to not reimburse an item / currency should we see fit. In cases of previous reimbursement within a certain time frame, or player mistake.
In regards to the Smurfberries, at this time we can only assist with purchased currency and not currency which was gained via in game mechanics.
