I did not get my Smurfberry or Exclusive Offer Purchase!

All Smurfs' Village in-app purchases made with real currency will typically appear immediately after the purchase is complete. The purchase will arrive in your village area through a Gift Box pop-up window.

If for some reason the purchase does not arrive after an extended amount of time, please submit a ticket with our Customer Support Team and we will make sure that you get it! 

When submitting your ticket, be sure to include all of the following information:

  • Screenshot of either the App Store email receipt or App Store Purchase history showing the Smurfs' Village in-app purchase
  • The name(s) of each item you did not receive
  • The amount of Smurfberries you did not receive
  • The Smurfs' Village area you wanted to place the item
  • Your Support ID. To do this, go into your Smurfs' Village Menu > More Tab > and locate the Support ID near the bottom of the menu screen. For your convenience, you can use the "Copy ID" button there on the menu to copy and paste it the ticket form. (Please do NOT send a screenshot of the Support ID, thank you.)
  • Your Smurf ID. To find this, go into your Smurfs' Village Menu > My Account > Smurf ID Settings > and locate the Smurf ID in the upper right corner of the menu screen. Please note, Smurf IDs can only contain the following numbers and lowercase letters: 9876543210cdghjklmnpqrtvwxyz. (Please do NOT send a screenshot of the Smurf ID, thank you.)
