How do I add people to my friends list?
You can add friends by visiting the Settings menu and either creating a Smurf ID, or logging into your Facebook account. Facebook Friends that are playing SV will be automatically added to your SV friends screen. Visit the Bongfish forums or Facebook page to find friends using your Smurf ID. A Smurf ID is required in order to receives "Likes" for a chance to become a Featured Village.
How long does it take crops to wilt?
Finished crops wilt if they are left for a length of time equal to the time it takes to grow them. (Except for blueberries, which wilt in 5 minutes.) Sarsaparilla, thankfully, does not wilt.
How does Tracker Smurf work?
When Tracker Smurf is in the village, he'll add bonus xp to his cauldron every time you collect XP. Completing his checklists increases the multiplier so that you get higher bonuses. When Tracker's ready to leave, you can collect the bonus XP from his soup cauldron.
Why isn't Farmer Smurf giving my crops a bonus?
Make sure that his house is tapping your farmland, or within one square of it. Tap his house to display which crops he can give bonuses for.
How do I get resources?
For quests that require resources, collecting resources from any area of the game will complete the quest. You can collect resources from most mini-games and in the following ways:

How do I use my Smurf Condo?
Once you've purchased a Smurf Condo, enter move mode and select a hut. You should see a blue arrow, in addition to the usual icons. Tap the blue arrow to "store" the hut in the condo. To move a hut back out again, simply tap on the condo and tap "view stored huts" and select the hut to un-store it.
You can store up to two huts in a regular condo, four in an upgraded one, and six in one that has been upgraded a second time.
How high do the levels go?
Currently, the levels go beyond Level 120. A new maximum level is added with each update. Please keep in mind that higher levels require a LOT of XP to progress through.
What's a character limit?
The "character limit" for Smurfs' Village is the number of characters that can be displayed in one area at the same time while playing the game. Named Smurfs are stored separately, but each additional generic Smurf, snail or caterpillar will count towards the character limit. If you have too many snails or caterpillars, you can purchase the barn from the structures section of the build menu. Currently, the character limit is around 230.
Does Jokey give away free Smurfberries?
Yes, but it is rare. If you log in every day and check, you'll increase your chances of getting some!
How do I complete the Cherry Cake quest?
Try for a combination of "OK" and "smurfy", rather than attempting to get a rating of "smurfy" for all of the cakes. Or, you can get a friend to gift you a Cherry Cake!
I changed my Facebook password, and now I can't log in. What do I do?
Go into the options menu and log out of Facebook, and then log back in again. Please keep in mind that Facebook does not store game data, so deleting your game will erase your game progress.
I can't get the application to load, what do I do?
Try powering off your device, and then turning it back on again. (For iOS users, press and hold the button at the top of your device, until the "Power Off" slider appears on the screen, and slide it to the right.) Wait for the device to shut down completely, and then turn it back on.
I paid for Smurfberries and I did not receive them. What do I do?
If you've lost Smurfberries please contact us via smurfs.zendesk.com. They'll be able to reimburse the missing berries.
How do I prevent my game data from getting permanently lost?
There are a few things you could try:
Routinely sync your device with iTunes and keep your battery charged.
Visit the "My Account" section in Settings to enable daily automatic cloud save, and/or manually load and save your game.
Occasionally reboot your device to clear the memory.
If you lose all progress, back out of the game IMMEDIATELY (don't play any farther) and restart and/or re-sync the device. Reconnecting through your Game Center account (if you have one) may help.
And (this is good advice in general) please keep all of your Smurfberry iTunes receipts.
How does VIP work?
Unlock the VIP store by earning six VIP tokens. You'll earn VIP tokens each time you purchase specially marked items or Smurfberry bundles. Look for the token icon to find eligible items and to see how many tokens an item or bundle is worth.
Once you're a VIP, you are VIP for life. VIP status no longer decays over time.
Your VIP status includes other great perks like a VIP badge on your friend screen profile. Please note: VIP status can take up to 24 hours to be enabled and you must have a strong wifi connection.
