If you've not received the Smurfberries or items, please contact us via smurfs.zendesk.com along with the screenshot of either your App Store/Google Play Store email receipt or App Store/Google Play Store Purchase history showing your Smurfs' Village in-app purchase. The team will investigate and be able to reimburse the package.
