We strongly recommend saving your game progress each time you exit the game and never uninstall your Smurfs’ Village app from your device. Doing so without taking the proper precaution of registering for a Smurf ID account and enabling the Daily Autosave option will result in the permanent loss of your village’s progress.
Go to the Menu > Settings Tab > My Account > Cloud Save. Press the "LOAD" button. Preview the Main Village, as well as the other areas to ensure everything looks as it should. If it does, select "YES" to accept the Cloud Save.
Similarly, Go to the Menu > Settings Tab > My Account > Local Save. Press the "LOAD" button. Preview the Main Village, and select "YES" to accept the Local Save.
