Are there any known issues with game performance on specific devices, such as iPads?

We are aware of some performance issues, such as crashing on certain devices, and our team is actively working on a fix. Please check our official social media channels for the latest updates on known issues.

Also,some of the iPad devices do not support the high resolution of the game. As a possible solution, please disable the Toggles on in-game Settings;

Visual Effects
High Quality
UI Animation.

Disabling these options will allow the game to be played in Lower Graphics settings. If you are still facing the same issue, please reinstall the game and have a check.
